You can contact their helpline, email them, or use their webchat feature. They are available 24-hours a day, 365 days a year. They are open to all age groups and backgrounds, nationwide.

Samaritans also offer talks to staff groups about their work and can provide free leaflets. Requests for talks or leaflets can be addressed to the branch director at firstname.lastname@example.org.
